Theme : My personal work profile and my colleagues’ profile.

Progress : You’ll have a better understanding of your profile as a manager, with what drives you and what holds you back. You’ll know how to create a profile of your colleagues.

1st personal coaching session

Theme : Understanding better my profile as a manager.

Progress : You’ll incorporate the results of your 3 profile analyses. You’ll join the dots between your natural talents, what drives you, what holds you back and your management style. You’ll see more clearly how to use all of that on a daily basis.

Duration : 2 hours of personal coaching.

DAY 3

Theme: Emotional intelligence, assertiveness and communication.

Progress : You’ll know how to better manage emotions in relationships, you’ll develop your assertiveness and you’ll communicate in accordance with your talents and those of your teammates.

Duration : A full day working in groups.

Theme : Managing stress and managing teams with talent.

Progress: You’ll know how to manage stress better on a daily basis, you’ll know how to delegate a task with talent, you’ll master the 4 diagnostic tools for your teams and colleagues.

Duration : A full day working in groups.

Progress : You’ll know more about how to recruit. You’ll know what to do to have a motivated, engaged and responsible team.

Duration : A full day working in groups.

Theme : Managing weak points and giving feedback with talent + practical workshop.

Progress : You’ll know how to manage the weak points in your team and give feedback with talent, and you’ll learn how to incorporate what you’ve learned through practical exercises.

Duration : A full day working in groups.

Progress : You’ll know how to conduct a progress review with talent, and you’ll learn how to incorporate what you’ve learned through practical exercises. You’ll also evaluate the journey travelled at The Talent School and will receive your Manager of Talent passport.

Duration : A full day working in groups.

2nd personal coaching session

Theme : The Talent School follow up

Progress : You’ll create a plan of action to transpose what you’ve learned at The Talent School into your professional life, and you’ll find practical solutions to specific cases.

Optional : You’ll share your experiences at The Talent School with a line manager or colleague.

Duration : 2 hours of personal coaching.
